This painting is inspired by churning of the ocean. There is a mythological story that churning of the ocean released various things including poison, herbs and many precious stones. Here different colors depicting these outcomes. Blue represent poison (halahal), green represent herbs , red yellow and other colors represent precious stones. A similar churning is always going on in our mind too where different shades of thoughts collide and explode and releases some positive, negative thoughts and ideas.
